The best way is to start your day off right is with high quality, whole food energy! There are a variety of ways to obtain a healthy way to start your day and mixing or blending up a whole food smoothie is an awesome way to get going! 2 plums

¾ cup almond milk

Smoothies (assuming they're healthy like the one you described) are great because I can take them with me and at least have something to enjoy on the morning drive. Especially since I've quit coffee. Thanks for the recipe.

Smoothies are the best! I love this when I'm on work, I'm making sure that I have it on my table.
